This Twins is Tsubaki Sasuke and the one who wear a hat is Fujisaki Yusuke they are twins but they not realize it but there is 3 episode who remind Bossun about his past when he realize he real mom and dad is already death.
they're name is given because Tsubaki is Left hander and Bossun is Right Hander.Bossun Seiyuu is Hiroyuki Yoshino and Tsubaki Seiyuu is Hiro Shimono in Anime and Takahiro Sakurai.If you ask who is the older one there is a episode which one you just have yo watch it :3
